PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Software
All machines come equipped with Mastermind software for standard fence parts. You may purchase separately, or with your machine package, modules which will enable you to route stair rail, arch and radius rail, scallop rail, drop (or step) rail, and s-rail. These programs are upgrades and can only be installed on systems that are already running Mastermind software. Custom software modules are also available.



Clamping Systems
We offer standard clamps, universal radius clamps and radius rail clamps. In addition, we can custom design any fixturing to meet your needs. Call us or fax us your specifications for a quote.

Tooling
We have a large selection of router bits, collets and tool extensions in stock and ready to ship. We can get any size necessary.

Vacuum Systems
Vacuum pumps for custom vacuum hold-down tables are available. Please contact us and discuss your application.

Mist Cooler
A necessity for cutting aluminum that optimizes bit quality and increases longevity.

Swivel Motor Bracket
This item is necessary for horizontal routing of radius parts. Easily mounts onto your Z7.

Custom Electrical Configuration
We offer single phase as well as specific voltage requirements, for example 575 volts for Canada. Make sure to speak to your salesperson about this option.

Perske Motor Upgrade For Z8
In addition to the standard Porter Cable, a 2HP Perske industrial spindle motor is available. This motor offers maintenance-free convenience, quiet operation, and variable speed control for aluminum and wood cutting.

Perske Spindles/Inverters
Fence Masters incorporates the German-made Perske, an excellent value in an industrial grade precision spindle. The Perske easily handles 2 to 3 shifts per day. A brushless motor with sealed bearings and balanced shaft ensures low maintenance and quiet operation.

Double Head Upgrade Option
At time of purchase or retrofit, this feature doubles your production. Available for both the Z7 and Z8 models.

Antistatic Chip Deflection Brushes
These antistatic brushes keep shop cleanup to a minimum by containing the PVC chips within the material being routed as well as providing a barrier around the bit for safety.

Heavy Duty Casters
Make moving your CNC router easy with a set of four heavy duty casters that have one-touch brakes to keep the wheels locked when no movement is desired.
