MODEL PM-2000 is a fully automated machine with stack type hopper loading of pickets and picket caps, up to 25 each. The machine will automatically cycle the job as long as there is material present in the hoppers.

• The PICKET MASTER is fully adjustable for a quick and simple change of picket lengths 8" to 72".
• The machine utilizes a comparably priced new picket cap designed exclusively for the PICKET MASTER. The picket cap was created with energy directors to produce a strong, fast "welded" joint. The caps are available in 1" or 3" sizes.
• As shown in the photograph above, the Model PM-2000 is fully computer controlled and has a fast 5 second cycle time. That means one operator could produce up to 720 pickets per hour!
• The unique "welding" system is almost instantaneous and makes a strong, permanent joint. No objectionable marking is evident on the picket or cap.The machine's EZ load picket hopper and clamps are lined with non-marking nylon or polycarbonate material to prevent scratching of the parts during processing. Parts are automatically ejected to a holding bin.
• "Welding" or bonding is acheived by using high frequency frictional heat, the assembly process is environmentally safe, and the bond or "welds" produced are clean and consistent.
